A New Creative Event Space Nestled in the Heart of Tampa Bay

The fully-renovated property features a first-floor multi-purpose great room, studio and fully-furnished hair salon. While the second floor unveils a large gathering space, full kitchen, four furnished offices and two full bathrooms. Guests step out the back doors into a stunningly landscaped two-acre private oasis.

Great Room

With over 1,100 square feet, the Great Room can accommodate up to 120 people for a standing reception or cocktail party. This space can also be setup with banquet tables to accommodate seating for up to 75 guests.

Studio

The 500 square foot studio space can be setup for conferences, education or meetings, with access to multiple AV options. The space accommodates 35 with tables and chairs or 50 seated theater-style in chairs only. When emptied, the studio comfortably accommodates up to 20 yoga mats.

Salon

Our 500 square-foot fully functioning Salon was designed for educating educators and providing a space that serves as an amazing bridal suite every bride will love. Including four styling chairs and two washing stations. The Salon comfortably holds 15-20 people.

Upstairs Gathering Space

With over 900 square feet of cozy gathering space upstairs, your guests are sure to feel right at home. The space will comfortably host and accommodate 35 guests with an oversized kitchen island, a massive round velvet sofa, spacious sunporch with two chair swings, two 400 sq ft private office workspaces, and two full-size private restrooms.

Wellness Sessions

Our 500 square-foot multi-purpose studio space is perfectly suited for a wide range of health and wellness activities. A Wellness Session is a two-hour block of time scheduled in the studio.
