Frequently Asked Questions

Whether you have contracted for a 6-hour, 12-hour or full-weekend timeframe – all setup and breakdown, including final cleaning, must be completed within the contracted rental timeframe. For example, if your contract is from 12pm-8pm, your setup up can begin no earlier than 12pm and your final breakdown and cleaning must be completed by 8pm. Additional time can be added for an extra hourly fee.

A fully-refundable damage deposit is due upon booking a date for your event. This deposit protects against any damage or excessive wear and tear that may result from your use of the space. Once the space has been returned to its original condition, the security deposit will be returned. The amount of the security deposit depends upon the size and nature of your event and will be discussed prior to any contracts being signed.

Depending on the size and nature of your event, a payment plan will be offered for all events booked more than 90 days in-advance. The full balance due must be paid in full no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled event.
