Frequently Asked Questions

Are there any date or time restrictions?

Business meetings can be booked for any available weekday that is less than 60 days away. For example, if today is September 1st, you can book any available date between now and November 1st. Weekend Wellness Sessions can be booked for any available weekend date that is less than 14 days away. For example, if today is September 1st, you can book any available date between now and September 15th.

Does my rental period include time for setup/breakdown?

Set-up and break-down must happen within your scheduled timeframe.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled at no cost if request is submitted via email more than 7 days prior to the originally scheduled session.

Are there any additional fees?

A fully-refundable security deposit of $50.00 is due upon booking a date for your session. This deposit protects against any damage or excessive wear and tear that may result from your use of the space. Once the space has been returned to its original condition, the security deposit will be returned.

How does billing work?

We offer three package options for Business Sessions. After purchasing a session package you will be invited to schedule your date(s) and time(s).

How do I find out if a specific date is available?

To check the availability of a specific date and time, select a package option above and submit the inquiry form. We’ll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability.
