Oak Street Exchange, a new creative event space located in the heart of Tampa Bay, is proud to announce its grand opening. The versatile venue is ideal for hosting a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings, art openings, micro weddings to luxury retreats.

The newly-renovated property features a massive great room, multi-purpose studio, fully-furnished hair salon, upstairs gathering space, kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. Oak Street Exchange also boasts a stunning outdoor space, spanning two-acres.
